Arrangements for opening our church buildings during Covid-19 pandemic

Our church buildings are open for services and at set times each week for individual prayer, alongside our online provision.

Here are some details of what to expect if you come to the church buildings to pray or for a service:

  • Please do not visit if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been asked to self-isolate.
  • Those attending must come on their own or with members of the same household or support bubble, and not socialise with others inside or outside the church.
  • Wrap up warm, as the churches are colder with the doors kept open to increase ventilation
  • Please wear a face covering in church, unless you have a reason to be exempt from wearing one.
  • Please keep to 2 metre distancing on the way in and out of church and outdoors and sit only where pews have been marked out to be 2 metres apart.
  • You will be asked to sanitise your hands as you enter and leave, and will be directed to and from a seat.
  • We will also be asking for your contact details for 'Test and Trace’, or ask you to QR code to use the NHS app

Those who are extremely vulnerable to Covid-19 are advised to stay at home as much as possible.
